MoonFoxen SDK – End User Agreement

This End User Agreement is designed for end users of apps integrated with MoonFoxen SDK. Compliant with GDPR & CCPA, and suitable for display in a first-launch pop-up window.

1. About MoonFoxen SDK

MoonFoxen SDK is a background idle bandwidth utilization service embedded in free apps. It only uses your device’s idle network bandwidth (when your device is connected to the Internet and in idle status) to help collect publicly available web data (information freely accessible to all Internet users without account/password).

This service runs silently in the background, does not show ads, does not affect your normal use of the app, and does not cause device lag, high power consumption or extra traffic burden.

2. Privacy & Data Security Commitment

We solemnly promise to you:

• MoonFoxen SDK NEVER collects, stores, uploads or shares any of your personal privacy data
• We do NOT access your contacts, photos, files, location, call records, browsing history, account passwords or any private device information
• We do NOT collect device unique identifiers (such as IDFA, Android Advertising ID), track your behavior or share any data related to your personal identity
• All data transmission uses bank-level encryption to ensure absolute security of your device and network

3. Your Rights as a User

1. Right to Refuse: When you open the app for the first time, you can directly decline to authorize MoonFoxen SDK without any impact on the basic functions of the app.
2. Right to Disable at Any Time: Even if you have agreed to use MoonFoxen SDK, you can turn off the SDK service at any time through the clearly displayed toggle switch in the app’s settings page.
3. No Compulsory Use: Authorizing or disabling MoonFoxen SDK is completely voluntary and will not affect your normal use of the app’s core functions.

4. Obligations of App Developers

Developers who integrate MoonFoxen SDK must comply with the following rules:

1. Display this End User Agreement in a pop-up window when the app is first launched, allowing users to clearly read and choose to agree or refuse.
2. Set a clear, easy-to-find MoonFoxen SDK enable/disable toggle switch in the app’s settings page (or other prominent interface).
3. Ensure users can freely control the opening/closing of the SDK service at any time.

5. Acceptance of Terms

By clicking “Agree” or enabling MoonFoxen SDK in the app settings, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to all terms of this agreement.

If you do not agree with these terms, please refuse the authorization or directly disable the MoonFoxen SDK service.
